Users receive alerts via text and WhatsApp according to their preferences, facilitating a shared understanding of their role within the reserve and scheduling system, all without the need to check company websites.</li>
 <li>Enhanced Crew Communication: Beyond reserve functions, Rappul tracks crew websites for opportunities that may not be communicated directly.
